Amanda joined Sapphire Law Group in 2020 as a receptionist and has since grown into the role of paralegal. She supports the firm's managing attorney and contract attorneys across a broad range of matters, including estate planning, trust administration, court-related proceedings, title matters, and corporate transactions. Her work includes drafting estate planning documents, assisting with post-death trust administration, preparing trust funding and transfer documents, and supporting the preparation and filing of court documents, including petitions and related pleadings.

Amanda also has substantial experience with real property and title-related matters. She prepares and records deeds and related conveyance instruments, verifies vesting and legal descriptions, coordinates notarial and e-recording requirements across California counties, and assists with resolving title issues through curative documents such as lien releases, reconveyances, subordinations, and corrective deeds. She is also experienced in handling recorder-required forms and related filing requirements at the county and state level.

In addition, Amanda supports the firm's corporate practice in connection with business formations, acquisitions, and related governance matters. Her work includes forming LLCs and corporations, obtaining EINs, filing Statements of Information, maintaining corporate records, and preparing organizational and transactional documents such as consents, certificates, bills of sale, assignments, and assumption agreements. Known for her careful document management, creative problem-solving, and practical approach to administrative detail, Amanda provides dependable support across multiple practice areas.

When Amanda is not exercising her paralegal muscles, you can find her spending time with her family, reading books and enjoying outdoor activities.
