  • Web-based Software-as-a-Service applications utilize encrypted connections with SSL

  • Cloud based file storage systems meet Service Organization Controls (SOC) compliance

  • Credit card information is stored and used in accordance with PCI compliance

  • Passwords are stored in password management software

  • Individual user account passwords are not shared

  • Files and secure messages exchanged between clients and the firm utilize a secure portal

  • Access to systems is granted following the Principle of Least Privilege
