At this seminar, estate planning attorney Heather Johnston will guide attendees through the estate planning process from start to finish. Attendees will learn (i) how to select an estate planning attorney that fits their needs and their budget, (ii) what to expect from the estate planning process, (iii) how to protect themselves and their family in the event of incapacity caused by an accident or illness, (iv) what probate is and why it is so important to avoid it, (v) what guardianship or conservatorship issues may affect them, and (vi) how a properly implemented estate plan works and how it can protect your loved ones. This seminar is intended to educate and empower attendees so that they can make educated decisions about their estate plan.
