Are you unsure about who to appoint as the trustee of your trust or agent under a financial power of attorney or health care power of attorney? You are not alone. Many people put off completing their estate plans for this very reason. Unfortunately, this delay can cause many unintended and undesirable consequences.
Luckily, we have a solution for you. A Professional Fiduciary is a licensed professional who you can entrust with overseeing and managing your estate, as well as care, for you and your beneficiaries. Whether they are called on to administer trusts for minor children or family members with disabilities; manage difficult family dynamics; protect elders who have lost capacity or who are subject to undue influence; manage and oversee investments, real property, and businesses; review medical bills or make caregiving arrangements, Professional Fiduciaries can provide an invaluable service as a trustee or an agent under a power of attorney with efficiency, expertise and compassion.
Attend this webinar from the comfort of your own home to learn what a professional fiduciary is, the many ways a professional fiduciary can serve and protect you and your beneficiaries and how to choose a professional fiduciary.
Our special guests are professional fiduciaries, Lori Cochrane, MA, CLPF, and Kathryn Cain, CLPF, CP.
